Do my salespeople need to learn anything?
No. They open an email, tap a name, read the script, call, and tap what happened. If they can use their phone, they can use YardDaily.
What systems does it work with?
Revolution and Excel sheets today. Most dealer systems can export or email a report, so send us a sample and we'll confirm yours before you start.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes of your time. We map your report, set your follow-up timing and send a test email before anything goes to your team.
What happens to our customer data?
It's used only to build your follow-up emails, under the Privacy Act 2020. It's never sold or shared, we never contact your customers, and if you stop we delete it within 30 days and confirm in writing. Anyone who asks not to be called is never called again. Every pilot includes a written data agreement.
Can we change the timing or turn some follow-ups off?
Yes. Every follow-up can be switched on or off and its timing changed, per person. Managers can get just the Monday report, and a finance manager can get only finance calls. If you don't want to choose, our recommended setup is ready to go.
Won't my salespeople get too many calls?
No. Lists are capped at 12 calls a day. The hottest calls come first, anything over moves to the next day, and late calls drop off so the list never piles up.
How does the test drive form work?
A QR code sits on the desk. The customer scans it, fills in their details and signs on their own phone, and the agreement prints at the desk. Every agreement is saved, so you can send a copy later for a speeding fine or a crash, and every test drive goes straight onto the follow-up list.
What does the stock buyer get?
An email each weekday listing every car a customer is waiting for, with the salesperson's name. New ones are shown first, they can remove any with one tap, and old ones drop off after 2 months.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. Keep going at the founding rate, or stop and pay nothing.
